Outsourced people advisory and expertise is one of our strengths. Whether you require a remote advisor, satellite HR Team, or an onsite presence, AQO  partners with you to provide the right fit for your company. Our advisory services are available at multiple levels, from ownership and BOD requirements, to the management team, or to providing your employees with a HR resource to assist and develop them.  AQO HR Advisory includes all elements of our HR Consultancy expertise such as people capability, management development and organisational design.

AQO is available to provide immediate contract and project support based in New Zealand or the UAE. We are also available worldwide, pending remote working requirements and availability.

HR AUDITS

Growth can occur organically and as such an understanding of the capacity and capability of your workforce can become a secondary matter. AQO has experience in completing HR Audits across several industries and within a number of regions across the world. We understand the process of mapping an organisation and in gathering correct and relevant data to gain a true understanding of the organisation, its people and its challenges.

An HR Audit acts as a fitness check to show the current state of your people operations. It focuses on reviewing how your company functions from a human resources perspective and provides findings and recommendations to implement solutions that minimise risk and stay in compliance with the law and best practice.
